U.B.B. EXERCISES

Practicing  U.B.B. exercises could consistently lifts your physical and yes, intellectual capacity. It clears the mind and builds the body strength and energy.
        Though it needs the sacrifice of about 45 minutes for daily practice, we do not have to fill our basements with expensive, heavy-duty metal. We need only our own body and a few very simple appliances.

- Limit each push-up attempt by  one  count.
- Add 10- 15 lb weighted belt when enough energy is built.

- Breath  through the nose.
- Inhale  before lifting. 
- Exhale  during lifting.

THE AIR-CONDITIONER

was invented not .for the living human body, but for the old fashion lamp computer, which use to required controlled air. Humans had "adapted" it for their own living bodies. Since than, we are wasting great amount of energy and damaging our health and environment.
         The very important part of breathing air is the water . It softens and moisturizes the first impact of air on the nasal passages and lungs. When air has undergone a cooling process it loses most of the water (and may be some other air gases).
          There is another, even more important reason not to cool  air for the living human body. The  computer has  no  ability to adapt itself to changing atmospheric condition (temp, pressure, humidity), living human body  has.
           If we consistently shield our body from changing  environment , we could lose the property of our body to adapt to it.. The wide ray of allergies in our days is the price we pay for air conditioning ourselves.
We are risking our future for the temporary comfort.

"BLOOD CIRCULATION IS

the  flow of blood through the vessels of the body induced by pumping action of the heart".
       This is the Webster New Collegiate Dictionary term. In   the reality there are three different body fluids movement  in two opposite directions .
In the first one arterial  blood, moves from the heart toward cells.
        In the opposite direction t two body fluids move toward the heart. The one stream is venous blood and another is lymph.which is empties into subclavian veins.
         The heart is responsible ONLY for the first direction.  Body muscles should deliver venous  blood and lymph back to the heart.
         Than,, we must have enough of  U.B.B. flexible  muscles to refill the right atrium of the heart so  it starts function again..

USE IT OR LOSE IT.

ARMS,  SHOULDERS, CHEST and ABDOMEN. Pulling and pushing up with weighted belts.  Swing - new U.B.B. developed exercise.
LEGS. Walking steps (with weighted belts), walking.

EYES. Reading without eye glasses (better: throw them away), daily flushing the eyes with the sea salt solution.
THE NOSE. Use it  for the most efficient breathing  or lose it  for breathing.  Daily U.B.B. rehabilitation routine with sea (natural) salt solution                                                                                                                                            TEETH & MOUTH .Carrot a day. Brushing with sea (natural) salt  solution. after each meal.                                                                                                     

SKIN.  Daily  removing old, rough, pale or itching skin . Stonimg. ( U.B.B dry method). Daily sea (natural) salt solution.
HANDS & FEET. Maintaining  them  as much  sensitive.and elastic as possible  (U.B.B. dry method), sea (natural) salt solution application.
INTERNAL ORGANS. U.B.B.nutrition (not a diet).
THE HEART. Do everything above.

THIS IS AN ANATOMUCAL

surprise.  Between  the stomach  and duodenum  (first portion of the small intestine) we can notice a small contraction ...
      This is Pyloric sphincter  (Pylorus - Gate Guard in Greek). The U.B.B. found out, that the Pyloric valve controls  nutrient absorption... if we open it naturally and safely when we eat. To achieve this we must  follow the sequence of taking  this foods before each meal:
      BREAKFAST. Fruits (fine shredded apple, kiwi, mango, banana, others), plain yogurt, other food
      DINNER . Fruits  (watermelon, grapes, other fruits), raw vegetable salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce, others), other food.
     SUPPER.  Fruits ( apple, other ). Other. ( light mill. )

BECAUSE OF HUMAN

biology  to breath we need the individual proportion of each of 18 gases (today's level of technology) from which air is composed. Our nose should  do the job, if we will keep our mouth closed when we breath.

    -The perfect diet will not guarantee us the good nutrition. Humans biggest  problem is the gas, due to the  two leg locomotion (no any 4-legs or swimming livings  have one, am I right?). Because gas lighter than air, it naturally tends to go upward. But, the upper passage is closed  because of Pyloric    Sphincter, which is normally closed and has to be open only during the taking the food.
          Therefore, no matter what we eat, we may have a gas. It slows an absorption process and may lead to poisoning the body.
          The U.B.B. developed the safe, simple, and effective exercises , which help the the gas escape naturally.
