DO WE REALLY HAVE

to drink eight glasses of water daily?. It is the  popular idea, but... ...More we drink water - more we are  washing away our body salt  . We  could deplete our body of vital blood and blood vessels creating  element.
         If we breath through the nose (inhaling and exhaling)- we  have to drink  the only small  fraction of this  amount.  In this instance we safely absorb water from  the  air as much, as our body needs,  (air contains up to 1% of water). It is the most natural and safe source of water.
           If it is a problem to breath through the nose (inhalation and exhalation), we. have   the  good  idea  naturally and safely rehabilitate it with sea (natural) salt solution (U.B.B. developed  methods).
