UPPER PART OF THE

body is a key to body efficiency.
       Upper part of the body muscles never rest because realize process of breathing.
       Therefore, sufficiently developed U.P.O.B. elastic  muscles contribute to quality breathing and many other vital body biological functions (blood, lymph, nerve, mental).
        People may run many miles a day. But, if he or she will not build the U.P.O.B. "elastic" muscles by practicing Self-lifting or Universal Body Building (U.B.B.), he or she will not develop High Body Efficiency (H.B.E.). Apparently, process of lifting one's own body creates biological condition for building  elastic, most effective muscles and joints..
        Advantage of elastic muscles, compared to hard (tense) ones, is an ability of the first to pump    return blood and lymph toward the hart most efficiently and safely.

OUR ARMS AND LEGS

is our  body thermostat.
Arms and legs play the very much known roles. But they are powerful body energy  exchange tool as well.
As with any engine, to be efficient, human body must maintain its temperature corresponding the load. Long sleeves and trousers worn during exercise give you opportunity to control  body temperature and avoid muscle pain after the exercise.

Even  the exhaustive exercise could be useless unless new energy is secured. Slow cooling down after exercise is very common way to lose new energy. The quick cold (not icy) shower  immediately after exercise  secures  the new energy.

THE PROPHETIC DREAM

One day I had a dream. I was soaring in a dark space with light at the front of me. I felt so great! I had no sense of my body. I did not want to be awakened. But, in the morning reality came back. I was surprised and wished to soar again...
My first attempts were failure and I was helpless. But, each time when I was coming close to exhaustion I recalled my beautiful dream of soaring in the dark space with light in front of me. I became very determined to live.
Years gone by. Many of my troubles are behind me. My daily routine includes the  7000 plus pounds of Universal Body Building in 45 minutes. Practicing   U..B..B. or Self - lifting slowly relieving me from shackles of my body.

INTRODUCTION.

              I was born eighty  plus years back. At the moment of my birth, my Parents have told me later, there were no signs of life, no crying, no breathing. My father had to share  with me his blood, which helped me to survive., It has been many years of struggle to stay well since.
             I had many maladies. But my worst nightmare was something called Transient Cessation of Respiration". I use to experienced it when I was sleeping every 10 - 15 minutes. My bed became my agony.
