It is impossible to build most effective elastic muscles with more than 3 repetitions. Remaining energy should be used by adding the next weighted belt. If we pushing up the 50 lb weighted belt and feel, we could do more than 3 times, instead to do 4 times we have to add the 3- 5 lb weighted belt. And again, when enough energy is built to produce 4 repetitions, we have to add next weight belt and so on.
