not a sickness should be rewarded.. Affordable health care is the idea when some waste open bank accounts and rest of us have to subsidize them. No any society can afford it.Ancient Greeks use to say : "Good intentions can pave the way to Hell." It is impossible to make people happy and healthy against their will. Many adults want something more exciting.. Let them pay for it .
