U.B.B. COMPONENTS

   BREATHING is the most important component of human physiology. If person stops to eat or drink, he or she may be still alive. If person stops to breath he or she is dead. If person stops to breath through the nose, he or she is in trouble to lose the good sleep and more...
   NUTRITION is not a diet. U.B.B . nutrition "secret" is in the timing. The apple eaten just after the  meal could do more harms than goods. We have  to take  fruits before any meal,
   EXERCISES. The U.B.B. exercises are mostly self lifting   (pull up, push up with weighted belt,) ,and swing,
   ENERGY ACCUMULATION  after exercise is the key component of the U.B.B. system. It contains two parts:
-  Sponge down  the body with sea (natural) salt solution (energizing).
-  Quick cold (not icy) shower after exercise, stops perspiration (which is the primarily cause of losing body energy), helps quickly regain composure and feel fresh again.
   DEFOLIATION is the unique U.B.B. developed  method.. It includes two parts
- Removing the  dead skin  (stoning)
- Sea (natural) salt solution sponge down (energizing ).
   STRETCHING  spinal column  - rolling
