HOW TO NOT OVEREAT.

To produce enough of  proper acid  the stomach,  should never be filled up. To keep the stomach empty the U.B.B. offers   the  sequence of taking  this  food before the meal.
           BREAKFAST is the king. It should be as early  and big as possible and never be missed:: .
Fine shredded fruits (apple, kiwi, banana, other). Plain yogurt. Cereal. Bread. other.
          DINNER: Fruits (grape, watermelon), .
Vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, lettuce, other). Other.
          SUPPER
Fruits, bread, sour cream, nuts, other.
   To shorten presence in the stomach and then,  in the duodenum, food should be sufficiently grounded and thoroughly mixed with saliva (eat and drink slowly!.).

 On the photo: I have started  to practice this exercise in  my early sixties..
