OUR MAJOR HEALTH

                     In spite of popular opinion, oxygen is not the only vital part of breathing air.  The  regular  atmospheric air contains only about 21 %  of  oxygen. It necessary for human biology. But, because air composition fluctuates with atmospheric condition (pressure, temperature, humidity), it could be harmful when breathing air contains higher percent of  oxygen than individual lungs are able to tolerate.
                   This is why we must breath through the nose.  It is our best personal air-condition.
                   -It  warming us up (1) and
                   -Cooling us down (2),
-It controls air composition which enter our lungs  (we are talking here about clean air).(3)
-It  retains ( recycles ) energy (4) and
-Water(5) from exhaling air and
-It  generates water from inhaling air(6). This is our the best water source.
-It also gives us ability to smell (7).
         The last characteristic especially important  during  taking the food. The smell stimulates  production the body chemicals which assists absorption.
         To have all  this services  from your nose you have to breath through   it  (inhalation and exhalation).
To rehabilitate and  maintain nasal passages  we  practice U.B.B. developed  methods with sea salt solution.
