U.B.B. ELEMENTS


To  support  bone structure,

This method we  call  "universal"  because it involves all  600 groups of body muscles
EXERCISES.

-Pulling up (low bar) with the weighted  belts.  
  - -Pulling up (high bar) with weighted belts.
-Swing
YOGA.
