THE UNIVERSAL BODY

         building  does  not discriminate participants with  the body weight  or age.. Big and small, young and not so young  have a chance to challenge each other.
         To win, you do not need  have  a  huge muscles. Huge, hard  muscles contain  more weight than energy. What the winner has to have, is the flexible, most effective, muscles.
         The U.B.B  does not split participants with  body weight, or age categories. Children, parents and grandparents can compete in the one  room and everybody  have a chance to win. 
         What even more important, unlike any other competitive activity, U.B.B.winners are going to have: 
Optimal  blood pressure,
Optimal blood sugar,
Optimal body weight and
Optimal body structure.

U.B.B. COMPONENTS

   BREATHING is the most important component of human physiology. If person stops to eat or drink, he or she may be still alive. If person stops to breath he or she is dead. If person stops to breath through the nose, he or she is in trouble to lose the good sleep and more...
   NUTRITION is not a diet. U.B.B . nutrition "secret" is in the timing. The apple eaten just after the  meal could do more harms than goods. We have  to take  fruits before any meal,
   EXERCISES. The U.B.B. exercises are mostly self lifting   (pull up, push up with weighted belt,) ,and swing,
   ENERGY ACCUMULATION  after exercise is the key component of the U.B.B. system. It contains two parts:
-  Sponge down  the body with sea (natural) salt solution (energizing).
-  Quick cold (not icy) shower after exercise, stops perspiration (which is the primarily cause of losing body energy), helps quickly regain composure and feel fresh again.
   DEFOLIATION is the unique U.B.B. developed  method.. It includes two parts
- Removing the  dead skin  (stoning)
- Sea (natural) salt solution sponge down (energizing ).

THE U.B.B. IS THE


wellness  oriented activity :  Pull ups, push ups with weighted belts and swing .
Scoring is simple. It is  number of  pounds  of   weighted belts lift. plus one point beginning with 21.years of age.
But, there are two conditions: to win.
-. The weighted belt must be  no less than  6,6 lb  ( 3 kg.)
-. You  have  to score in every U.B.B.  elements.
This is my own scores for today 05 // 19/ //17
Scoring  are in pounds:
Pull up (high bar)             15  
Pull up (low bar)           125  
Push up                         135
Swing                              72  .
My  U.B.B..score::  347  + 61= 408
I hope  you can do better.
I want to remind you:
Winners  of these  events are going to have:

THE WEIGHTED BELT

is the  weight which we lift together with our body.
       On this photo: I am ready  to do  one of the best exercise to build the most effective, flexible, return blood and lymph pumping muscles, I am ready to push up the the 135 lb ( 61 kg)  back pack.
        We build as much flexible, most effective muscles, as the  weighted belt or back pack we lift.
         If  the person  can  lift  one's own body (no mater what body weight he or she has)  the person  produces no score and no "flexible" muscles, even if he or she does 10.000 repetitions. To win a score and build effective muscles, we have to lift a weighted belt (plus weight of one's own body or part of it).

WATER AND FRUITS

during  exercises.
      The intensive load produces an intensive inter cellular waste. Taking small amounts of water and fruits during exercise intensify its biological disposal.
       The timely cellular waste disposal creates the release of maximum energy.

WE HAVE TO AVOID

tire muscles.
      It is impossible  to build most effective elastic muscles with more than 3 repetitions.       Remaining energy should be used by adding the next weighted belt. If we pushing up the 50 lb weighted belt  and feel, we could do more than 3 times, instead to do 4 times we have to add the 3- 5 lb weighted belt. And again, when enough energy is built to produce 4 repetitions, we have to add next weight belt and so on.

WOMEN NATURALLY

have elastic muscles.
          If a men have to work hard to build most effective elastic or flexible  muscles, to women they have been given in their birth. This is why, statistically, women  less suffer with heart troubles and live longer.
         Despite involvement of some modern women in use to be "man" sports (box, soccer, hockey, power lifting and some others), none  of them built hard muscles.

SELF-LIFTING OR.

Lifting one's own body (mostly pull ups, push ups with  weighting belts) is the key element of the  U.B.B. routine. .
If the weight-lifter lifts a 10 lb weight, he or she is lifting 10 lb weight. For the self-lifter it is a 10 lb plus the weight of  own body. 
Flying creatures posses the most effective body structure.  All of them are self-lifters.. Practicing of self-lifting  is the way to develop something similar to this.

HOW TO NOT OVEREAT.

To produce enough of  proper acid  the stomach,  should never be filled up. To keep the stomach empty the U.B.B. offers   the  sequence of taking  this  food before the meal.
           BREAKFAST is the king. It should be as early  and big as possible and never be missed:: .
Fine shredded fruits (apple, kiwi, banana, other). Plain yogurt. Cereal. Bread. other.
          DINNER: Fruits (grape, watermelon), .
Vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, lettuce, other). Other.
          SUPPER
Fruits, bread, sour cream, nuts, other.
   To shorten presence in the stomach and then,  in the duodenum, food should be sufficiently grounded and thoroughly mixed with saliva (eat and drink slowly!.).

ATMOSPHERIC AIR

is not a personal air
       All livings, from the giant whale to a little mouse are breathing common  air. But this air is only the "storage" where every individual creature should pick the composition  from 18 different atmospheric gases. . This is a personal "vital" air. The instrument which produces this composition  is the individual nose passages.
     To have precise mixture of gases which needs our body in a moment,  nose passages should be  daily rehabilitated with sea salt solution (U.B.B. method)

OUR MAJOR HEALTH

instrument  is... our  nose.
                     In spite of popular opinion, oxygen is not the only vital part of breathing air.  The  regular  atmospheric air contains only about 21 %  of  oxygen. It necessary for human biology. But, because air composition fluctuates with atmospheric condition (pressure, temperature, humidity), it could be harmful when breathing air contains higher percent of  oxygen than individual lungs are able to tolerate.
                   This is why we must breath through the nose.  It is our best personal air-condition.
                   -It  warming us up (1) and
                   -Cooling us down (2),
-It controls air composition which enter our lungs  (we are talking here about clean air).(3)
-It  retains ( recycles ) energy (4) and
-Water(5) from exhaling air and
-It  generates water from inhaling air(6). This is our the best water source.
-It also gives us ability to smell (7).
         The last characteristic especially important  during  taking the food. The smell stimulates  production the body chemicals which assists absorption.
         To have all  this services  from your nose you have to breath through   it  (inhalation and exhalation).
To rehabilitate and  maintain nasal passages  we  practice U.B.B. developed  methods with sea salt solution.

THE MOUTH BREATHING

drains   health and energy.
              To maintain HIGH BODY EFFICIENCY (H.B.E.) the mouth should be open ONLY to bite  (not to chew, of course,) and half open to talk or sing. Rest of the time it must be closed for good of both, ourselves and people around us.
The open mouth:
- Does not produce a saliva,
- Losing body fluid and energy.
- Expels green-house gas.
- Sometimes produces unbearable noise.

HUMANS AND BIRDS

walk on two legs.
          The main purpose  of Universal Body Building is  the building  on  the body energy.
         To illustrate my point I want to present the random list of creatures with different levels of mobility:  deer, squirrel, eagle. In this list the eagle possesses the highest level of mobility. Of the three guys  only the eagle walks on two legs.
         This characteristic has made the eagle closer to humans than other livings on the list. What differentiates us with eagle is how we utilize our upper extremities. When we moving, our arms, at the best, play role as active passengers. Probably, from the eagle's point of view, it is the lost opportunity. When the eagle wants to move faster it turns to upper extremity and ...fly.  I call it SELF-LIFTING. Eagles have to lift themselves.
 I suggest two conditions which enable some creature to fly:
       - Optimum development of the upper part of their body,
        - High body efficiency.
 It is very interesting  that the second condition is consequence of the former one. .

UPPER PART OF THE

body is a key to body efficiency.
       Upper part of the body muscles never rest because realize process of breathing.
       Therefore, sufficiently developed U.P.O.B. elastic  muscles contribute to quality breathing and many other vital body biological functions (blood, lymph, nerve, mental).
        People may run many miles a day. But, if he or she will not build the U.P.O.B. "elastic" muscles by practicing Self-lifting or Universal Body Building (U.B.B.), he or she will not develop High Body Efficiency (H.B.E.). Apparently, process of lifting one's own body creates biological condition for building  elastic, most effective muscles and joints..
        Advantage of elastic muscles, compared to hard (tense) ones, is an ability of the first to pump    return blood and lymph toward the hart most efficiently and safely.

OUR ARMS AND LEGS

is our  body thermostat.
Arms and legs play the very much known roles. But they are powerful body energy  exchange tool as well.
As with any engine, to be efficient, human body must maintain its temperature corresponding the load. Long sleeves and trousers worn during exercise give you opportunity to control  body temperature and avoid muscle pain after the exercise.

Even  the exhaustive exercise could be useless unless new energy is secured. Slow cooling down after exercise is very common way to lose new energy. The quick cold (not icy) shower  immediately after exercise  secures  the new energy.

THE PROPHETIC DREAM

One day I had a dream. I was soaring in a dark space with light at the front of me. I felt so great! I had no sense of my body. I did not want to be awakened. But, in the morning reality came back. I was surprised and wished to soar again...
My first attempts were failure and I was helpless. But, each time when I was coming close to exhaustion I recalled my beautiful dream of soaring in the dark space with light in front of me. I became very determined to live.
Years gone by. Many of my troubles are behind me. My daily routine includes the  7000 plus pounds of Universal Body Building in 45 minutes. Practicing   U..B..B. or Self - lifting slowly relieving me from shackles of my body.

              I was born eighty  plus years back. At the moment of my birth, my Parents have told me later, there were no signs of life, no crying, no breathing. My father had to share  with me his blood, which helped me to survive., It has been many years of struggle to stay well since.
             I had many maladies. But my worst nightmare was something called Transient Cessation of Respiration". I use to experienced it when I was sleeping every 10 - 15 minutes. My bed became my agony.
